The 98 year old veteran actor Dilip Kumar was admitted to hospital on Sunday due to breathlessness. Now he’s doing fine and he’ll be discharged soon. The actor was taken to suburban Khar-based Hinduja Hospital, a non-COVID-19 facility at around 8.30 AM.
Now, the recent update shared by his wife Saira Banu has mentioned that the actor will be discharged soon. She made people aware about the actor’s health and urged them not to believe in rumours.

Recently Saira Banu has shared a note where she talked about the rumours, in the note she wrote,”Past few days my beloved husband, Yousuf Khan (Dilip Kumar’s real name), has been unwell and recuperating at a hospital in Mumbai. Through this note, I want to thank all of you for keeping him in your prayers and for all the love and affection. My husband, my Kohinoor, our Dilip Kumar Sahab’s health is stable and doctors have assured me that he should be discharged soon. I urge you to not believe in rumors. While I ask you to pray for Sahab’s health, I am praying that the Almighty keep all of you safe and healthy during this pandemic. Sincerely Saira Banu Khan.”
There were alot of rumours on different social media platforms about the actor, that’s why she shared a note from the actor’s twitter account and rubbished them and also said “Don’t believe in WhatsApp forwards”.
