Upholding the legacy of his legendary composer-singer father Aadesh Shrivastav, his son Avitesh Shrivastav has come out with a single called Yaadein, written and composed by him and sung along with Raveena Mehta.
Giving a sense of hope to people during the COVID -19 crisis, Avitesh and Raveena wish to remind each individual that at the end of the day, above everything else, it is love and equality which stand tall.
“Yaadein encapsulates love and remembrance. It’s a song rooted in the belief that love prevails above all else,” says Avitesh. Earlier, the singer-lyricist-composer made a mark in the music industry with his work in the 2018 film Mein Hua Tera.
“As the world is faced with unprecedented circumstances in the battle of Coronavirus, so many of us have been separated from our loved ones. We have presented Yaadein with the hope that it can serve as a reminder that distance means nothing, when a loved one means everything,” says its singer Raveena who has grown up in Belgium, UK and India.
Presented by Kross-over Entertainment, the Yaadein video starring Avitesh and Raveena, is directed by Dhruwal Patel and produced by Dimple Mehta.
