New Delhi (India): The first 21 Days Yoga Challenge of the year launched starting this 2nd January and running until the 22nd of the month. This online yoga event is turning out to be a huge success, with more than 1 lakh people joining every day from all over the world. The event is airing on YouTube as a series of live yoga classes led by Saurabh Bothra, an IITian turned into Govt. a certified level 3 yoga instructor.
The participation count in each batch was more than 15000. The 45 minutes yoga session airs during the following times: 6:30 am, 7:30 am, 5 pm, 6 pm, and 7 pm.
The live classes will pilot for 21 days, emphasizing making yoga an everyday habit without compromising an individual’s pace or ability. By following a consistent routine, people can adapt to living healthily. The best part is you don’t need to join those stereotypical weight loss or fitness programs. Simply by imbibing the principles of discipline in your daily routine, one can achieve their goals of holistic well-being.
In addition to the live classes, the event also included recorded workshops and knowledge sessions on sleep, circadian rhythm, meditation, and nutrition.
