COVID-19 pandemic has made the situation worst not only in India but also in other countries too. There is a clear shortage of important medical equipment’s like Oxygen Concentrators, Pulse Oximeters, beds, etc. Bollywood actor and clown teacher Ashwath has become real life superhero by coming forward to help our country battling the deadly second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic and started a Theatre Garage COVID-19 relief with the help of his friends abroad.
Theatre Garage COVID relief is based in Delhi NCR which is working at the grassroots level to help people and firms in many states of India. The actor has decided to import more oxygen concentrators to save more lives. Ashwath has collaborated with theatre groups and volunteers across the country to provide aid and medical supplies. Two batches of concentrators have arrived and been allotted to people in need.
Film trade analyst Komal Nahta shared this information through twitter and also requested everyone to commit a small/big amount of donation to send oxygen concentrators and medical supplies to villages and small towns. He wrote, ” @ashwathbhatt13 and team, you all are doing a great job. PLEASE donate via ketto: https://ketto.org/fundraiser/theatre-garage-covid-relief Funds needed to send oxygen concentrators & medical supplies to villages & small towns. Situation still grim.
